1. Where do you ship from?

4. How can I track my order?

5. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package takes longer than expected, please contact us at pogoluxe@outlook.com.
We will investigate with the carrier and make sure you receive your order or a replacement.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at pogoluxe@outlook.com.
Once an order is processed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.


8. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


9. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
